**Although Face Yoga is very low impact, you should check with your health care practitioner if for any reason you think it might be too much for your health condition. If you are pregnant or have a serious illness, please let me know. Some acupressure points may be inadvisable. You should only do what makes you comfortable while doing Face Yoga. Always work at your own pace and comfort level. 



In March 2019, I turned 40. Like many others around this age, I started thinking more seriously about finding ways to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles around my face. However, I’ve always taken a more holistic approach to health and wellness so wanted to do it in a way that would support aging more naturally. From there I did some research, and that’s when I discovered Face Yoga and Danielle Collins, the world leading expert in Face Yoga. I started practicing a few of her Face Yoga exercises and within six months noticed a difference. My skin was getting smoother, more evenly toned, and wrinkles were becoming less visible. I noticed that Face Yoga was working! More importantly though, my confidence was increasing. I was looking and feeling more refreshed. I felt a transformation within me and that’s when I knew I had to share Face Yoga with others. Because it works! And it makes sense. Why not give the 57 muscles in our face, neck, and head the same attention as we do the muscles in our body? 

In February 2020, I received my certification to teach The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, which focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the face, science and tradition of Face Yoga, face exercise, face massage, face acupressure, relaxation, and wellbeing. When studying the program, I discovered more than just face exercises, but an entire wellness approach to the method. Since receiving my certification, my goal has been to help individuals to look and feel more confident using natural, gentle, and effective facial techniques.  

In September 2020, I completed my certification to become a Super Trainer of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method where it allows me to train others who want to become teachers of this method, and has given me the honor of training individuals all over the world. It is a flexible and comprehensive training for those looking to start a Face Yoga practice of their own or as a wonderful addition for practitioners in the wellness industry who would like to add Face Yoga to their list of services. Obtaining a certification in is a great way to stand out amongst others in your space and teach the wonderful benefits of Face Yoga!   

In 2021, I joined Infinity Foundation in Highland Park, IL as a faculty member where I teach online Face Yoga classes and workshops open to individuals all across the world.

Start your Saturday with Face Yoga Refresh as Nicole guides you through face massage, upper and lower face yoga exercises, facial acupressure, and relaxation techniques. A face yoga session begins with gentle stretching of the upper body and neck to get energy flowing. It is followed by upper and lower Face Yoga exercises which will help to lift and firm the face and neck muscles. These exercises are combined with face acupressure and gentle face massage that will help to release tension and improve blood flow to the face. The session ends with a focus on relaxation and wellbeing.

Face Yoga can be done while sitting on the floor or in a chair, wearing whatever is comfortable. It is suitable for almost all levels of physical ability working at one’s own pace and comfort level.

Face Yoga uses facial exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups to keep the top layer of skin plump and firm, as well as facial massage to relax muscles to prevent further lines and wrinkles. Train to be a Face Yoga Teacher with me, Nicole McGrath, a Super Trainer accredited by Danielle Collins, the World Leading Face Yoga Expert. Gain The Certificate of Achievement in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, approved and accredited by The International College of Holistic Medicine, The Register of Exercise Professionals, and International Institute for Complimentary Therapists.  

On completion of the course you will receive The Certificate of Achievement in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method allowing you to teach Face Yoga classes, workshops, and one to one clients.  

Course content includes: anatomy and physiology of the face, theory of Face Yoga, the face exercises, face massage, face acupressure, relaxation and meditation techniques, the mind, body, soul and face connection, safety procedures, setting up your business, how to teach a Face Yoga class, workshop and one to one session, written and practical assessment and evaluation. 

No previous experience needed, training is available to everyone!   

Upon completion of the course you will receive The Certificate of Achievement in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. You will not only become a certified Face Yoga Teacher but be part of a 'Face Yoga family', which includes over 800 other teachers in over 50 different countries who are also trained in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method.  


There are three different training options depending on your needs and learning style: 


You will receive a teacher training manual which can be done in your own time and pace. During your training you can reach out with any questions and I will be there to assist along the way.  A minimum of 12 hours of home study is required. From there, you complete a written assignment, and once that is received, we will set up a 30-minute Zoom call. During the call you will do a 10-minute practical assignment which you will pre-prepare. The rest of the call you is spent with questions and discussion. After both exams have been marked, you will be sent confirmation and your certificate and will become a teacher of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method! 


One to one training can be done either via Zoom or in person. Before your training you will be emailed the manual where you will complete a minimum of 5 hours home study. We will then pick a day to spend 7 hours in a face to face capacity. If this is in person it is usually a full day (8 hours with a lunch break) and if you choose via Zoom, then you have the choice of a full day or two half days. This option presents plenty of time for questions and you can spend more or less time on certain lessons according to your needs. At the end of the training you will do a short practical assignment, and then in your own time, you will complete the written assignment to be sent back. Once marked, you will receive your certificate and you will become a qualified teacher and part of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga family!  


Group courses take place in a group environment. The training is 2 days and in small groups with no more than 8 people. You will be emailed the manual before the training to be able to read through and will be given a printed manual at the training. Over the two days you will have lots of time to practice techniques and ask questions. At the end of the last day of training you will do a short practical assignment, and after training you will complete a written exam to be emailed back to me where I will mark and confirm you have passed. You will then receive your certificate and be ready to teach!

Face Yoga Transformation

Here are the results of consistently practicing Face Yoga for a year spending only 10-20 minutes a day doing so. As you can see, Face Yoga has brought a more toned, firmed, and energized appearance.
