NICOLE'S FACE YOGA JOURNEY
In March 2019, I turned 40. Like many others around this age, I started thinking more seriously about finding ways to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles around my face. However, I’ve always taken a more holistic approach to health and wellness so wanted to do it in a way that would support aging more naturally. From there I did some research, and that’s when I discovered Face Yoga and Danielle Collins, the world leading expert in Face Yoga. I started practicing a few of her Face Yoga exercises and within six months noticed a difference. My skin was getting smoother, more evenly toned, and wrinkles were becoming less visible. I noticed that Face Yoga was working! More importantly though, my confidence was increasing. I was looking and feeling more refreshed. I felt a transformation within me and that’s when I knew I had to share Face Yoga with others. Because it works! And it makes sense. Why not give the 57 muscles in our face, neck, and head the same attention as we do the muscles in our body?
In February 2020, I received my certification to teach The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, which focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the face, science and tradition of Face Yoga, face exercise, face massage, face acupressure, relaxation, and wellbeing. When studying the program, I discovered more than just face exercises, but an entire wellness approach to the method. Since receiving my certification, my goal has been to help individuals to look and feel more confident using natural, gentle, and effective facial techniques.
In September 2020, I completed my certification to become a Super Trainer of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method where it allows me to train others who want to become teachers of this method, and has given me the honor of training individuals all over the world.
In 2021, I joined Infinity Foundation, Chicago area's leading holistic education center, as a faculty member where I teach online Face Yoga classes and workshops open to all.

FACE YOGA TRANSFORMATION
Here are the results of consistently practicing Face Yoga for a year spending only 10-20 minutes a day doing so. As you can see, Face Yoga has brought a more toned, firmed, and energized appearance.
